Founder
I founded Chell & Co after repeatedly seeing the same pattern across service-based businesses.
Interest was being generated.
Inquiries were arriving.
Opportunities existed.

The problem was rarely a lack of demand. More often, opportunities were being lost between inquiry and conversion through slow response times, inconsistent follow-up, poor qualification, and fragmented processes.
